Return Policy


30-Day Unconditional Return Guarantee


Jituhunt hopes you will be satisfied with your purchased product upon receiving the package. However, if you find that the product functionality does not match the description or demonstration, you must first contact the Jituhunt support team at service@jituhunt.net.

You shall return the item to us within 30 days from the date we approve your return request. The refund process will then be initiated after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

We will cover the return shipping cost. A valid return receipt must be provided.

For returns not caused by product quality issues, only the product price will be refunded.

In addition, we may refuse your return request if the product falls into any of the following categories:
    1. Items not purchased directly from our official website;
    2. Items not kept in brand-new condition, including missing original accessories or packaging;
    3. Items returned from a country/region other than the one where Jituhunt originally shipped the product;
    4. Items customized or branded according to your personal specifications;
    5. Items under commercial purchase orders.

Please note that for accessory products ordered separately, we only offer exchange services and do not provide refunds.

Order Cancellation & Adjustment

    • We accept cancellation of custom/business purchase orders before production commences.
    • We accept cancellation of retail orders before shipment.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we also offer order adjustment services, such as modifying the shipping address, contact person’s name, or phone number. Please send your adjustment request to service@jituhunt.net via email.

How to Return


Please note that the return window is 30 days from the date you receive the product. We cannot process any return requests once this window closes.

To initiate a return, please contact Jituhunt Customer Support at service@jituhunt.net.

We accept returns for products with defects caused by quality issues. Please provide a screenshot of your invoice or order confirmation. You may also be required to submit evidence of the defect (e.g., videos or photos).

Upon receiving your return request, we will provide the shipping address for return within 1–2 business days.

For quality-related returns, we will cover the return shipping cost to send the product back to us. If the item fails to meet the above criteria, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Please contact our support team at service@jituhunt.net for more details.

Refund Issuance


Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

Warranty


Jituhunt offers a 2-year warranty for all products sold on our official website, excluding accessory products, starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover the following circumstances (including but not limited to):

    • Products exceeding the warranty period;
    • Lost or stolen products;
    • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days from the date of purchase);
    • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse;
    • Damage resulting from failure to use the product in accordance with the product instructions;
    • Damage caused by repairs performed by third-party service providers.
